Tutors / coaches / academies: book a free trial (1 slot), then enroll in a 15-day / monthly / quarterly plan on the expert's weekly timings.
Payments: Expert → Buy credits → pay by UPI → upload screenshot (transaction ID optional) → Admin → Payments approves. Support email, UPI ID & QR are set in Admin → Settings.
Try: Resident requests a slot → Admin approves (Launch mode) → Expert (login rahul@bansalca.in) accepts or proposes a new slot → Resident accepts, modifies or withdraws.
Login is email OTP (code shown on screen). Demo expert emails: rahul@bansalca.in (CA), ananya.m@gmail.com (tutor), meera.yoga@gmail.com (pending). Any new email = new account.
